Hernando Schools Single Sign On Tutorial

Hernando School Single Sign-On link: https://my.hcsb.k12.fl.us/LoginPolicy.jsp
Username:  first name.last name
Password:  Capitalized initial of students last name, followed by 0 + the student’s lunch ID
Example:   UN:   john.doe    PW:  D0123456

Student Email Account (Gmail)
Your email address is firstname.lastname@hernandoschools.org
Password:  Capitalized initial of students last name, followed by 0 + the student’s lunch ID
Example:   john.doe@hernandoschools.org
PW:  D0123456

To Get to Microsoft Teams

1. Click here to go to Hernando School Single Sign-On https://my.hcsb.k12.fl.us/LoginPolicy.jsp
2. Sign-in using your “Single Sign-On” information 
   1. Username:  first name.last name
      Password:  Capitalized initial of students last name, 
      followed by 0 + the student’s lunch ID 
      Example:   UN:   john.doe    PW:  D0123456
3. Once you are logged in, click on the Applications or Applications 2 tab to find the “Office 365” icon 
4. Click on the “Office 365” icon
                
5. Then you will have to login using your “School Email Account” login information.

      Password:  Capitalized initial of students last name, 
      followed by 0 + the student’s lunch ID
      Example:   john.doe@hernandoschools.org
      PW:  D0123456
6. Then click on the “Teams” Icon
   

To Get to Google Apps (Gmail & Classroom)
1.    Click here to go to Hernando School Single Sign-On
                                                                                        
2.    Sign-in using your “Single Sign-On” information 

1. Username:  first name.last name
   Password:  Capitalized initial of students last name, 
   followed by 0 + the student’s lunch ID 
   Example:   UN:   john.doe    PW:  D0123456

3.    Once you are logged in, click on the Applications or Applications 2 tab to find the “Google Apps” icon

                           
4.    Click on the “Google Apps” icon.   It will bring you into your google drive.

5.    Then you will have to login using your “School Email Account”  
login information.

6.    Click on the 9 dot grid in the upper right corner to access the different programs
